Hi.

My Name is Shaina. Some people call me Shay.  I live in San Francisco, CA.

I originally started this blog as a way to curate articles about people who love what they do and introduce cool gadgets and gizmos that are for work. But then I got a life. Well, a busy one anyway.

I left this site unmanaged for 2 whole months until I had the courage to go back to it. I decided that the only way I was going to keep going was to continue to post what I wanted, and not try to make this into something it’s not. 

And here I am now [typing away]. I’m currently finishing up school, and am an editorial intern at an event website here in the city called SF Station where I cover tech, and other cool stuff.

On my spare time I like to teach people about the awesomeness that is the web, make art, take photos, work on my side projects (more on that later) and go to A LOT of music shows. I am also a voracious learner, and love to learn new trades or activities. I try to stay away from things most people my age do, but I’m never against doing something just because of that.

Anyways, this is my blog. I’m going to post 1 interesting thing a day for as long as I can. A wimp for blogs posts, if you will. Entries will be referencing industries like entrepreneurship, design, art, tech, and music. The layout is designed to be simple (no ads!), a facet you might appreciate if you live a very hectic life like I do.

Missions Statement: my end goal is to curate interesting things on the web and bring them to you, free of charge.
